External Marketing:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Edgematics’ online presence.
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
- Execute SEO and SEM campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to produce industry-specific content.
- Leverage content to establish thought leadership and drive lead generation.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product announcements.
- Segment email lists and analyse campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate external events and webinars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track and measure the success of events through post-event analysis.
Internal Marketing Needs:
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for external marketing campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between external marketing messaging and internal communication efforts.
Brand Alignment:
- Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Provide input on internal communication strategies to strengthen the company’s overall brand image.
Employee Advocacy: - Develop and implement strategies to encourage employees to be brand advocates.
- Facilitate internal training sessions to educate employees on external marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and external communications.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
