External Marketing: 
Digital Marketing Strategy: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Edgematics’ online presence. 
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals. 
  • Execute SEO and SEM campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic. 

Social Media Management: 

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms. 
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics. 
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure a consistent brand voice. 
  • Content Creation: 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to produce industry-specific content. 
  • Leverage content to establish thought leadership and drive lead generation. 

Email Marketing: 

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product announcements. 
  • Segment email lists and analyse campaign performance to optimize future strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements. 

Event Coordination: 

  • Organize and coordinate external events and webinars. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution. 
  • Track and measure the success of events through post-event analysis. 

Internal Marketing Needs: 

  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for external marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure alignment between external marketing messaging and internal communication efforts. 

Brand Alignment: 

  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels. 
  • Provide input on internal communication strategies to strengthen the company’s overall brand image. 

    Employee Advocacy: 
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage employees to be brand advocates. 
  • Facilitate internal training sessions to educate employees on external marketing initiatives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and external communications. 
  • Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
