Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Executive – Contracts & Admin with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, this role is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and receiving visitors
- Handle Domestic travel arrangements for all employees
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Performing reference checks for new joiners, assist in organizing company events
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Produce and submit reports
- Support other assigned functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or any other education
- 3 to 6 months of experience
- Full understanding of Admin functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy
- 6 month to 1 year experience in the admin field.
